Pinecrest Queensway Community Health Centre is a community-based, non-profit health organization founded in 1979 by local residents and overseen by a volunteer board of 12 elected members. With a workforce of over 347 staff and more than 400 volunteers, the centre delivers a broad range of health and social services tailored to the diverse needs of its neighbourhood, including bilingual programs in both official languages. Its core focus is on empowering vulnerable and at-risk individuals and families through collaborative partnerships that promote health, safety, and well-being. By blending grassroots leadership with comprehensive, culturally sensitive care, Pinecrest Queensway stands out as a model of community-driven health innovation in Ontario.

Community Worker
Degree in health or social services, experience creating a safe environment, and training in group facilitation and leadership development
Program Assistant
High school diploma or 2-3 years related experience in a community setting, related experience in a community setting and community programs, and fluency in English is essential
Digital Health Lead
Nurse Practitioner, West Ottawa HART Hub (Casual)
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, Registration in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario, Experience working in addictions medicine and/or primary care
Student Parent Support Worker
University degree, experience working with youth, and experience in case management and programming delivery are required
Nurse Practitioner, West Ottawa HART Hub (Part-time)
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, Registration in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario, experience working in addictions medicine and/or primary care
Registered Social Worker (Part-Time)
3+ years of clinical experience, BSW, registration with OCSWSSW, valid driver’s license
Nurse Practitioner, West Ottawa HART Hub (Full-time)
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, Registration in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario, Experience working in the field of addictions medicine and/or primary care
Employment Specialist
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field, 3-5 years of experience in employment related initiatives, case management, and administering interviews/assessments
Childcare and Early Years Relief Worker
Diploma in Early Child Education or comparable post-secondary education and experience working in an early years environment essential
