Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner is an integral member of the West Ottawa HART Hub team, providing comprehensive clinical care to individuals seeking assistance with substance use, mental health, and complex social needs. The NP delivers care across West Ottawa HART Hub clinical programs, working within a trauma-informed, harm reduction, culturally safe, and patient-centered framework.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
- Registration in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Experience working in the field of addictions medicine and/or primary care
- Understanding of high priority communities and their health challenges
- Proficiency in the use of computers and various software applications
