Job Description
The Registered Social Worker is a core member of the West Ottawa HART Hub’s interdisciplinary team, providing trauma-informed, harm reduction–based psychosocial assessment, brief therapy, crisis response, care coordination, group facilitation, and system navigation for clients accessing substance use health services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW)
- Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
- Minimum three years of clinical experience in community health, mental health, or substance use health settings
- Demonstrated expertise in substance use health, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
