Must be current law student, strong preference for Spanish fluency

2+ years of relevant experience, admission to NY practice, excellent communication and research skills

3-7 yrs legal experience, NY Bar admission, & federal/Immigration litigation. Experience with communities of NYLAG clients is needed

Law student with writing samples. Fluent Spanish a plus. Strong writing skills are required

Bar admission is required. 2 years immigration law experience, including VAWA, is necessary. Spanish fluency preferred and strong understanding of trauma-informed care

JD & state bar admission, 5+ years immigration law experience, fluency in Spanish preferred. LGBTQ community knowledge & immigrant rights awareness essential

Must have 5-8 years’ legal experience, including immigration and federal court litigation. Must have a valid NY Bar license and admission to the New York Bar

Attorney admission to NY bar or equivalent. Commitment to public interest law and excellent research/writing skills are required. NYC Housing Court experience preferred

JD and NY Bar admission. 6+ yrs immigration exp. & 2 yrs mentoring pro bono attorneys. Spanish fluency req

Juris Doctor from an accredited school and NY state bar admission required. Fluent Spanish in English. 2+ yrs removal defense experience preferred
