As a Sales Operations Manager at Sendbird, you'll empower our sales organization with the data, analytics, and automation needed to scale a fast-growing AI company, increase pipeline generation, and accelerate sales velocity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally and globally to drive projects and operational efficiencies.
- Strong team player, critical thinker, and problem solver who takes initiative, communicates proactively and manages multiple projects with clear goals, timelines, and success criteria.
