We're looking for a driven Delegate Sales Team Lead to help shape the growth of our Community Sales function. You'll lead a team of sales executives, own your own billing target, and help shape team performance while continuing to sell at a high level.
Requirements
- Strong B2B sales performer looking to step further into a leadership role
- Strong in pipeline management, forecasting, CRM discipline, and building repeatable processes.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders (VP, Director+) and navigating multi-product conversations.
- Clear communicator who builds trust internally and externally and thrives in collaborative teams.
- Adaptable and resilient—you enjoy solving problems in an environment that moves fast.
