We're looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Marketing Communications to lead and elevate Pipedrive’s core customer communication strategy. In this role, you will ensure customers receive timely, relevant, and engaging information at every stage of their lifecycle, from sign-up and onboarding to retention, expansion, and beyond.
Requirements
- Define the overall digital comms strategy, including channel planning and content roadmap
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of Digital Comms specialists
- Oversee the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of email campaigns
- Drive the strategy for effective in-app and push notification campaigns
- Champion the use of generative AI tools and other technological solutions
- Work closely with design teams to ensure all digital communication is on-brand
- Establish KPIs and reporting metrics for comms channels
- Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement data
