Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform on-going and preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and service appliances and equipment, and complete life safety checklists and documentation.
Requirements
- Perform on-going and preventative maintenance tasks as required.
- Troubleshoot and service appliances and equipment as needed.
- Complete life safety checklists and documentation.
- Perform apartment/room turnovers.
- Good mechanical ability and a general knowledge of mechanics.
- Possess basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC.
- General knowledge of maintenance equipment and ability to operate properly.
- Ability to work efficiently, with a minimum amount of super-vision.
- Possess a keen awareness of safety precautions necessary while performing duties.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
