Dietary Aide: AM shift/part-time (7am to 11am)
High school degree, ability to lift and move heavy objects, and specific vision abilities
PRN Registered Nurse (RN)
Graduate of nursing school & RN license in WI. Knowledge of nursing process. Patient wellbeing is a priority
Environmental Services Associate. Every other weekend.
Housekeeper is needed to clean rooms, hallways, and common areas, and maintain dignity and respect in all interactions with residents and staff
Cook: weekends
1-2 years of experience, ability to work independently, food service experience preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
16+ years of age, nursing assistant certification, or graduate training, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Knowledge of individual care plans is also necessary
PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Valid LPN registration in WI & related state board approval. Relevant state Board approval of a college degree or equivalent. Must have a current, unexpired AAP/EEO statement
Licensed Practical Nurse
LPN certification in WI, recent Board of Nursing approval, and relevant state licensure required. Ability to engage with residents and follow established procedures is essential
Registered Nurse
Bachelor's degree in nursing and a valid RN license. Knowledge of the nursing process and patient care.
Maintenance Technician
High school degree or equivalent, 0-1 year experience in maintenance or a related field
