Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform assigned maintenance duties, identify deficiencies, and assist with refurbishment projects. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of one-year experience working in building maintenance or construction
• Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment
• A state issued driver’s license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates
