Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical education preferred
• Minimum of one-year experience working in building maintenance or construction
• Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment
• State issued driver's license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates
