Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical communities, equipment, and grounds across assisted living communities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, safety, and a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in building maintenance, facilities, or related trade.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general repair.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with reliable transportation; ability to drive between communities.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Compassion and respect for seniors in a residential care environment.
