Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and management of the property portfolio, ensuring tenant satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Property Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in property or project management
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of property management practices, local regulations, and industry trends
• Strong negotiation skills for handling rental agreements and vendor contracts
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred
