The Project Manager will drive the organization's business objectives by leading proposal development and managing end-to-end project delivery, building strong client relationships, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals while fostering team development and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in project management (APM, PMI, CMI) preferred.
- 8 - 10 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or similar role.
- Strong background in ICT sector projects and experience developing in-house platforms for internal processes (preferred).
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop project teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, resource planning, and project evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools/software.
