Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will lead and manage swimming pool construction and post-construction services, ensuring timely project execution, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
• MBA is an advantage
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in operational leadership roles within the swimming pool or MEP construction and services industry
• In-depth knowledge of swimming pool systems
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools such as Primavera or MS Project
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams
• Proven track record in resource planning, budget control, and cost optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experienced in implementing KPIs and driving performance improvements across departments
• Holds a valid driving license and is willing to travel frequently to project sites
