Service and Maintenance Manager

The Service and Maintenance Manager will oversee after-sales service and maintenance operations for swimming pools, Jacuzzis, saunas, and water features. The role requires coordination with internal departments for service contract administration, resource planning, and operational execution in line with company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pool service or mechanical maintenance
• 3 years of experience in a managerial role
• In-depth technical knowledge of swimming pool equipment, filtration systems, chemical dosing, heating, lighting, and water features
• Proven leadership experience in managing service teams
• Strong planning skills in preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and maintenance scheduling software
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client management skills
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments for service contracts, procurement, and invoicing
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in service operations
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
