- Providing expert guidance on labor trends, compensation, and collective agreements
- Driving innovation by identifying opportunities to improve recruitment tools, processes, and service delivery
- Leading full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of roles, leveraging cutting-edge sourcing tools to attract top-tier talent
- Representing EPCOR at industry events and ensuring all hiring practices meet legal, policy, and collective agreement standards
- Championing a seamless, inclusive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Analyzing labor market trends and recruitment data to inform strategic planning and budget decisions
- Building strong relationships across EPCOR—including HR, DEI, Indigenous Relations, IT, and Communications and Public Engagement
