Job Description
We are hiring a Compensation Specialist to design, implement, and administer EPCOR's compensation programs across Canada and the U.S. The successful candidate will lead projects, analyze market data, build costing models, and manage the full cycle of our expatriation program.
Requirements
- University degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards
- HR Generalist experience and/or Compensation Certification is an asset
- Strong understanding of Total Rewards as part of the employee value proposition
- Knowledge of process improvement and change management
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel formulas, pivot tables, macros; Access; PowerPoint)
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, confidential, team-oriented environment
