As an Account Executive, you will drive new business growth by selling integrated talent management and assessment solutions. You will work closely with Solution Consultants, Marketing, Customer Success and Product to build and manage a healthy pipeline, lead value-driven sales cycles, and expand Energage's footprint in the marketplace.
Requirements
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business and upsell opportunities within assigned territories or verticals.
- Conduct discovery sessions with HR and business leaders to understand strategic talent challenges.
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants to deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with C-level and HR decision-makers, positioning Energage as a trusted advisor.
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.
- Develop account plans, maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Partner with Marketing to convert inbound leads and execute targeted outbound campaigns.
- Partner with Client Success on the conversion and upsell of leads from existing customers.
- Work cross-functionally with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure a seamless client handoff and strong post-sale experience.
