Requirements
- Extensive experience in data and analytics leadership roles, ideally within financial services or technology-led environments.
- Proven success designing and executing data and AI strategies that support large-scale business transformation.
- Deep technical understanding of data management, cloud-based platforms and modern AI frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building diverse, high-performing teams and inspiring cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex insights into clear, actionable outcomes for senior stakeholders.
- Experience navigating regulatory frameworks relevant to data and AI in financial services.
- A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
- An aptitude for identifying and managing risks.
