Play a pivotal role uplifting Zip’s Finance risk and control environment, partner with teams across Finance, Tech and Operations to strengthen key financial reporting controls, and collaborate with teams across the business to strengthen upstream controls and improve information flows into Finance.
Requirements
- 7 plus years of relevant finance and accounting experience within financial control or a Big 4 environment
- CA or CPA qualification
- Deep understanding of financial reporting standards, with experience in IFRS 9 and 15
- A track record of uplifting processes and improving controls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across the business
- Comfort operating in environments of ambiguity and change
- A high attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow
- An aptitude for identifying and managing risks
