Requirements
- Experience in a data analytics role with a track record of delivering measurable business impact
- Ability to produce high-quality insights and analytical support for critical business, regulatory or compliance outcomes
- Confidence working with a governed metrics layer such as DBT to drive consistency and strong data governance
- Skills across a small number of core tools including SQL, Tableau and dbt
- A natural curiosity to diagnose problems, identify opportunities and tell compelling stories with data
- Experience applying AI-assisted analytics to lift productivity and generate faster insights
- Commitment to uplifting data models and standardising reporting to align with modern data practices
- A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
- An aptitude for identifying and managing risks
