Job Description
We are looking for an HR Manager / HR Business Partner at our location in Cologne at the earliest possible date. The role involves advising managers and employees, steering and developing HR processes, and supporting strategic personnel planning and organizational development.
Requirements
- - Completed degree in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration or comparable qualification
- - 3-5 years of relevant experience in the HR department, ideally in a dynamic environment
- - Comprehensive knowledge of labor law and modern HR methods
- - Experience in advising managers and in change management
- - Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- - Communication skills, empathy and enthusiasm for teamwork
