Job Description
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Land Transport department in Göttingen. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the interface between HR and management, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain the right talents, and support this by designing structures and processes that enable our employees to work successfully.
Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of personnel management, business administration, or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role, ideally in the logistics or transport sector.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and modern HR processes.
- Experience in recruiting and accompanying change processes.
- Communicative strength, consulting competence, and hands-on mentality.
- Understanding of the operations in land transport and joy in working in a dynamic environment.
