As a Junior HR Business Partner for the Manufacturing department, you will support our HR processes operationally and conceptually and develop yourself step by step into the role of an HR Business Partner.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or completed studies with a focus on Personnel
- First practical experience in the personnel department, ideally in an industrial company
- Basic knowledge of German labor law
- Experience in cooperation with the Works Council desirable
- Very good MS Office knowledge, good English knowledge as well as ideally first experiences with SAP
