Requirements

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role
• Degree in human resources management or business administration with a focus on HR and economics (Master)
• AEVO certification (advantageous)
• Knowledge of labor law and employee relations
• Experience in learning and development, including training and workshop moderation
• Proficiency in business English, both in writing and speaking
