Job Description
Yotpo is seeking a Salesforce and AI Automation Specialist to help brands thrive in the ever-evolving eCommerce landscape. The role involves leveraging Salesforce and AI technologies like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, n8n, and emerging tools to optimize business processes, uncover opportunities for improvement, and implement AI-driven solutions. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience implementing Salesforce applications and CRM solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and latest technology offerings
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Delivery, CS/AM and Marketing teams to drive technology adoption
- Knowledge of security, scalability, and maintainability in solution design and development
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
