Job Description
XY Sense is a global leader in occupancy intelligence technology for corporate real estate teams. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of high-value accounts, drive customer success, and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients. This is a pivotal role combining commercial leadership, relationship management, and strategic insight to scale customer workplace intelligence programs globally.
Requirements
- 5–7 years’ experience in account management, customer success, consulting or enterprise sales within B2B SaaS, workplace technology, or enterprise software.
- Track record of success managing and expanding customer relationships.
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to understand how APIs, IoT, and data analytics drive customer value.
