Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources for our recently acquired company. The HR Manager will lead human resources for our company, translating enterprise-level policies and procedures into our agile, entrepreneurial environment while preserving what makes our team culture special.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a generalist or manager role
- Proven experience working in or with large, matrixed organizations with established HR infrastructure
- Direct experience creating HR policies from scratch or adapting enterprise policies for smaller teams
- Demonstrated success addressing cultural challenges, particularly around accountability and feedback cultures
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification strongly preferred
