The HR Business Partner partners with leadership at all levels of the organization advising them on HR trends/initiatives in a collaborative manner with client groups as they work towards organizational business objectives. Provides HR generalist administration, employee relations, and coaching to managers/leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A/B.S.) from four-year college or university and a minimum of eight years related experience and/or training, or Master’s degree (M.A./M.S.) and a minimum of six years related experience and/or training.
- Progressive functional experience in human resources.
- In-depth knowledge of organizational development, process management, and change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of related employment laws and practices.
