The Digital Twin Platform Team seeks an intellectually curious Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, lead deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create next-generation solutions using a virtual environment for product testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to plan and execute, structure projects, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and reliably deliver high-quality results within defined timelines.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership development in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in related software such as Microsoft Office, business intelligence, analytics, and project management tools.
• Understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices in engineering, business analysis, and strategic planning.
• Native-level Japanese language ability and business-level English communication skills.
