Woven by Toyota is seeking a Business Development & Partnership Manager for their Enterprise AI platform. This role will lead engagement with customers and technology partners, shaping business opportunities within the Toyota Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within the technology or AI industry and excel at managing strategic relationships. The position requires a hybrid work style with frequent business trips to the Nagoya area.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, product marketing, or strategic partnerships in a major technology or AI company
• Ability to manage and influence business relationships across departments and hierarchies
• Experience with requirements gathering, account and funnel management, customer project management, organizational sales, and partnership building
• Deep knowledge of the technology industry, particularly AI/ML, SaaS, and platform products
• Fluent communication skills in both Japanese and English
