Senior Cost Manager, Peoria, AZ

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to lead project cost management on a large-scale industrial construction project. The ideal candidate will bring a structured, analytical approach to cost management and possess strong leadership experience.

Requirements

• Establish all cost management processes and procedures for the project
• Develop cost performance reporting tools and dashboards
• Manage a team of discipline-specific cost engineers
• Lead monthly cost reviews and collaborate with the Project Controls and Scheduling teams
• Serve as the primary cost interface between WWPS, the General Contractor, and the client
• Conduct detailed reviews of contractor RFPs for each GMP package
• Participate in all trade partner selection meetings
• Proactively challenge proposed pricing from the GC and subcontractors
• Maintain a master change log and exposure register
• Support the preparation of executive-level cost reports and funding documentation
