Job Description
Path Construction, a rapidly growing commercial general contractor, is seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager to lead projects in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves managing a project team, controlling costs, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and delivering quality projects. The company offers diverse construction services and a customer-focused approach.
Requirements
- Leading and managing a project team in building successful projects.
- Cost control for full P+L responsibility.
- Managing day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Contract administration, procurement, estimating, and pay requests.
- Scheduling and tracking submittals.
- Safety controls maintenance.
- Project delivery of high-quality work.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
