This role involves preparing cost estimates, optimizing project efficiency, identifying risks, managing projects, and providing cost control reports. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.

Requirements

• Prepare and manage cost estimates and cost plans
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options
• Identify potential risks and maintain the Risk Register
• Contribute to pre-contract process meetings
• Create and manage cost control reports
• Attend client meetings with senior colleagues
• Assist in developing standardized project templates
• Manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed cost reports
• Oversee measurements and pricing research
