Job Description
WorkMotion is building a future-focused HR platform to streamline global team management and ensure compliance. They are seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to reach out to potential customers in the DACH region, schedule virtual walkthroughs, and qualify them for Account Executives. This role is remote and requires working within 2 hours of the Central European Timezone.
Requirements
- Native/fluent German + fluent English
- Experience in BDR/SDR roles (minimum 1 year)
- Remote work experience (at least 1 year)
- Experience with cold calling and outbound sales
- Time Zone: CET (Central European Time)
- High level of self-motivation and proactivity
