Job Description
WorkMotion is building a fully-integrated HR platform designed for global teams, streamlining processes and ensuring compliance. They are seeking a BDR (DACH) to be the first point of contact for potential customers in the German-speaking DACH region. This role involves outbound sales and scheduling virtual demos for Account Executives.
Requirements
- Native, native-like or fluent German + fluent level of English
- Experience in BDR/SDR roles: Minimum of 1 year in a Business Development role
- Representative or Sales Development Representative position
- Remote work experience: At least 1 year of experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team setup
- Cold calling & outbound experience: Comfortable making 100+ calls/day and targeting, meeting quotas and KPIs
- Self-starter mindset: Highly motivated and proactive, eager to try new approaches and learn quickly
- Time Zone: Based within +/-2 hours from CET
