Job Description
WorkMotion is building a global HR platform focused on ease of hiring and managing remote teams. The Business Development Representative (BDR) role focuses on reaching out to potential customers within the DACH region, introducing their EOR platform and scheduling virtual walkthroughs. The ideal candidate is driven, goal-oriented and comfortable with remote work.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German + fluent level of English
- 1+ year of BDR/SDR experience
- Experience in BDR/SDR roles
- Minimum 1 year of remote work experience
- Comfortable with cold calling & outbound sales
- Goal-oriented & proactive
- Time zone: CET +/- 2 hours
