Job Description
As the Resident Services Manager II, you will oversee the smooth operation of the community, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers and fostering a strong sense of community. You will prioritize key areas such as move-in satisfaction, renewal acquisition, and serving as the primary liaison to the Support Services Team.
Requirements
- Timely response to resident issues
- Lead resident package management efforts
- Prepare move-in day documentation
- Perform move-in day welcome appointments
- Conduct post-move in communication
- Partner with Service Manager to monitor Work Order Program
- Process monthly invoices
- Monitor expenses and adjust spending
- Assist in management of Funnel CRM queue management
- Ensure success of unguided prospect tours
- Review maintenance make-ready/move-in/move-out schedules
- Manage notice to vacate process
- Partner with Prior Resident Support team
