Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
• Technical training or certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related fields preferred
• EPA Type II certification or ability to become certified within 90 days
• CPO certification or ability to become certified within 90 days
