Job Description
Windsor Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician II. The role involves maintaining residential properties with a focus on preventative maintenance and emergency response. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance.
- Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems.
- Ability to use smart devices and property management software.
- Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.
- Valid EPA Type II certification (preferred) or ability to become certified within 90 days.
- Flexible schedule including weekend work and occasional on-call rotations.
