Apartment Maintenance Technician II

The Apartment Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to emergency repairs, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and systems. Must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• EPA Type II certification or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
