Job Description
Wellpath is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide medical services to incarcerated patients in the Western Region of Mercer, PA. The role involves providing medical care, documentation, and coordinating patient needs within a dynamic team environment. The position offers growth opportunities and a diverse, inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Advanced degree in Nurse Practitioner program
- Prior medical/surgical and/or emergency/trauma experience and corrections experience (preferred)
- Patience and tact dealing with inmate patient population
- Scheduling flexibility for shift rotations
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current CPR certification
