Job Description
Wayflyer is a financial technology company seeking a Customer Success Associate to manage a large portfolio of existing customers and drive revenue through upsells and renewals. This role involves providing excellent customer service, guiding customers through the product usage process, and coach them to become product experts using Wayflyer’s platforms. Requirements
- 2+ years of customer facing experience (corporate)
- Self-motivated, proactive team player
- Experience building strong internal and external relationships
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills
- Experience in Google Ads and Facebook (bonus)
