Job Description
The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, completing product returns and refunds, and providing a distinctive and delightful customer experience. They also assist with operations, including inventory management and cash handling, and maintain accurate inventory counts and accurate pricing of products.
Requirements
- One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Prefer knowledge of store inventory control
- Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
