Shift Lead

The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, completing product returns and refunds, and providing a distinctive and delightful customer experience. They also assist with operations, inventory management, and customer service.

Requirements

• 1 year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
