The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, completing product returns and customer refunds, and providing excellent customer service. They also assist with inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining store appearance.
Requirements
- 1 year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Prefer knowledge of store inventory control
- Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
