Job Description
The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, completing product returns, and providing excellent customer service. They also assist with store operations, inventory management, and bookkeeping activities.
Requirements
- One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Prefer knowledge of store inventory control
- Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
