The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, assisting with customer service, and maintaining store operations. They also assist with inventory management, pricing, and bookkeeping activities.
Requirements
- One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Prefer knowledge of store inventory control
- Obtain and maintain valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
