Training & Education Specialist

Vividly is the leading modern trade promotion management (TPM) solution built by and for the consumer packaged goods industry. We're seeking a Training & Education Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for both customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, customer education, or a related role.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
• Experience developing training programs and delivering customer-facing education on complex software platforms.
• Strong content creation skills (videos, e-learning, presentations).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with CX, Product, and Engineering teams.
